We got 'Volta-Beko double door-250L' refrigerator in 2023 with 12 years compressor warranty and 2 years comprehensive warranty for Rs. 22,500.
While the freezing section was working well, refrigerator section had cooling issues. We recently filed a complaint with the company and after a second visit, Voltas techie filled the gas (Cost: Rs 1700+300), but cooling lasted only for a day. This time ( in 2 -3 days), both the freezer and lower section coolings lost cooling. After multiple complaints, company is not helping us either with the repair or replacement of their product.
Please help us with the refund/ replacement for our refrigerator brought from Voltas Beko.
