THIS IS TO APPRISE THAT I PURCHASED REEBOK MEN"S SLIDES FROM FLIPKART !! THEY WERE DELIVERED ON 27/9/25 (PROOF ATTACHED ) !! I STARTED USING THE SLIDES ON 22/10/25 !! BUT VERY SHOCKINGLY , THE RIGHT FOOT SLIDE BROKE ON 30/11/25 ( i.e. AFTER ONLY 39 DAYS OF NORMAL USE) !!
FIRST COMPLAINT EMAIL WAS SENT ON 01/12/25 ALONG WITH THE REQUISITE PHOTOGRAPHS AND ALL PROOFS
( ATTACHED ) !! RECEIVED THE REVERT FROM FLIPKART THAT THEY WILL REVERT AND PROVIDE THE RESOLUTION WITHIN 48 HOURS (PROOF ATTACHED ) . BUT AGAIN SHOCKINGLY IT IS NOW 40 DAYS AND THERE IS NO REVERT/

FLIPKART IS NOW PLEADING THE RETURN POLICY ! RETURN POLICY DOES NOT MEAN THAT FLIPKART "SAILS CLEAR AND WASHES IT'S HANDS" OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SELLING "WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMERS" ! "AS I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT " FROM FROM FLIPKART " !! SO,BEING "THE SELLER IT FLIPKART"S "RESPONSIBILITY TO AND GET THE PRODUCT REPLACED !!
NOW THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM FLIPKART !!!
THIS ALSO CLEARLY SHOWS THAT FLIPKART IS SELLING "WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS ,CHEATING AND DEFRAUDING THE CUSTOMERS" !! IT IS DEMANDED THAT VERY STRICT ACTION IS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST FLIPKART AGAINST CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 2019 AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES ACT !! THEY SHOULD NOT ONLY REPLACE THE PRODUCT BUT ALSO PROVIDE COMPENSATION AMOUNTING TO RS. 1000/- FOR CHEATING AND HARASSMENT SO THAT LEARN A LESSON AND DON'T CHEAT ANY OTHER CONSUMER. AN EARLY REVERT IS EXPEDITED !
