On 20th May, a company called Sai Yatra travels were to set a trip from Indore to Gwalior at 9:30 PM. Not only did all the customers stand waiting for bus until 12 AM, but they did so without their calls getting picked by the drivers or conductors. The company numbers were all switched off or busy. Sometimes, if it rang, they would cut the calls as well.
As someone who does her bookings by redbus, redbus informed me that I am not eligible for refund because I canceled the bus. How is that possible? I was there until 12 AM alone. They don't let you cancel a few hours before the trip starts anyway. Now, they're not refunding my money. They only have AI support executives which mean that even if you share your issues, AI won't hear you. I need to get my full refund back.
