Dear sir,
On 21/03/2026 I had to catch bus at 9:20 am from Bettiah to Patna with a 6 year kid.I was informed on call at about 8:30 am that the bus is Cancelled by the operator due to some technical problem in bus.
I have evidence of call recording which I am attaching with this mail.
Me and my daughter did not board and we want refund.
Kindly do the needful.
