I DR B SUDESH SHETTY elected as president from 2025 in REB CROWN APARTMENT ASSOCIATION IN KADRI KAMBLA ROAD MALLIKATTE KADRI MANGALURU 575003 built& promoted by RAI ESTATE AND BUILDERS PVT LTD was handed over to our association on June 2023 with only some written documents of maintenance .
Our association is repeatedly asking to give the mother documents of our building to our association, but our builder & promoter ASHOK KUMAR RAI is not giving the mother documents since 3 years even writing more than 5 mails& also one leg as l notice .
Kindly help us to recover our building MOTHER DOCUMENTS which is the main document of our building, which should b with the association.
