We purchased a Faber chimney from Amazon. The ordered product is different from the recieved one. Though we had seen the product while receiving, we saw that the product lookwise is similar to what we received and was of same company. Due to delay in our movement to new house, we delayed in installation. When the service person arrived today he noticed a damage, thought we informed to Amazon, we still went with installation process. But during the product discussion we came to know that the product that we ordered is higher the price and the one we received is different. When we brought this point to Amazon they are saying we didn't return within the timeline and they are not ready to hear to us. Instead the escalation department is cancelling the call, though we were talking to them.
When the product is delivered, the person should also mention that what we ordered is what they delivered. He showed us the product and left. We were in impression that it was same company and same as in pic so we took delivery. When they have sent a wrong product why are they not taking responsibility to answer us
