I recharged with a plan of 299 payment was done on 7-12-2024 but rechargeis not activated. becuase of that had to make another recharge with a plan of 220 on 10-12-20224. I had complained to them but nevr solved my issue and also there is no proper communication to talk with airtem their AI customer service iis poor.I'm giving unactivated recharge plan transaction Image and other one which isactivated. bith are doen in same month. I complain to Gpay becuase I made payment through Gpay . they told me to contact airtel customer care. Sir, please kindly resolve my iss issue
