My name is Kuldeep. I have ordered a Drumstone solar powered rechargeable fan of drumstone brand from flipkart on dated 26.04.2026 and I received a solar powered rechargeable fan of rock light brand from flipkart on dated 04.05.2026. this is very costly to me. I paid 4721/- for this fan. According to my ordered i have received a differently wrong brand table fan. i am already three times requested to flipkart customer care person for return this item. but they are taking 7days time retrun on every return request. i have requested them three times but all time they are said to me same words. i am not satisfy their services. They are not pick up the item and not refunded my amount to my account. i have also attached order bill copy and images of fan box, fans. Please look out this matter as soon as possible. thanks and regards.
