Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrong Product Delivery and Denial of Refund by Amazon India
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Amazon India for delivering a product different from what I had ordered and subsequently refusing to replace the item or refund the amount paid.
On 27th August 2025, I placed an order through Amazon India for the following product: Atlantis 3 in 1 Instant Kadak Cardamom Tea & Coffee Premix Combo (Order Number: 402-3415777-2421907)
The product was delivered to me on 2nd September 2025. However, upon opening the package, I discovered that the item received was entirely different from what I had ordered. The delivered product was : Amazon Vending Solutions Instant Coffee Premix
I immediately raised a complaint with Amazon India’s customer service, requesting either a replacement with the correct product or a refund of the amount paid. Unfortunately, my request was denied without any valid justification. This refusal to resolve the issue amounts to unfair trade practice and a violation of consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
I am enclosing copies of the order confirmation, delivery receipt, and screenshots of the complaint raised with Amazon India for your reference.
I kindly request the Hon’ble Forum to take appropriate action against Amazon India and direct them to either:
