I ordered a Bajaj Table Fan from Blinkit and received the product in an open/tampered condition with a missing parts and warranty card. I visited the Blinkit Kothapet store and reviewed the CCTV footage with the store manager, which confirmed that the product was dispatched in a sealed condition.

Despite this, Blinkit denied my refund request. Their executive claimed that the delivery partner had provided a delivery photograph as proof. However, the delivery partner later admitted to me on a recorded call that he did not take any photograph after delivery.

I believe the investigation was improper and based on incorrect information. I am seeking a full refund, compensation for the inconvenience caused, and appropriate action against the responsible parties for delivering a tampered product and mishandling my complaint.
