I have ordered nutri juicer mixer grinder from blinkit and I prepaid it, but I received incomplete product. In the information of the product the have shown 2 big jars and 1 small jars but I have received only one big and one small. Also they didn't mentioned the quantity of the jars. As shown in picture I was expecting big size jars but I received really small ones. I wanted to exchange it as it was not upto my expectations and I asked them on there customer care via text, but they are saying they cannot exchange since the packaging was open. Like really!! Howam I even supposed to know what's the product like if I haven't opened it? I would really like a refund.
