Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my unresolved issue from flipkart with the purchase of a Split AC, Model No. AS-Q18.HWXE, ordered on 23-04-2026 ( Order number: OD337379943976163100) for ₹33,000. The unit was delivered on 25-04-2026 (invoice attached) and installed on 28-04-2026 by an LG technician (contact: +91 8448-353486). During installation, the technician found the AC to be non-functional (job sheet attached).
I raised a return request on 29-04-2026, well within the return policy period valid until 02-05-2026 (copy enclosed). However, despite repeated complaints, no Flipkart technician visited my premises to review the issue. On 08-05-2026, I discovered that my replacement request had been cancelled without any prior intimation. Upon contacting customer care, I was asked to share the job sheet with observations, which I did multiple times as instructed. Each time, I had to take leave from work to facilitate technician visits and provide the required documentation.
On 15-05-2026, Flipkart denied my request for return/replacement, stating that there is no such policy, and insisted that I get the unit repaired through the brand. This is unacceptable, as I paid for a new unit, not a defective one requiring repair. It has now been over a month (as of 30-05-2026), and my query remains unresolved despite daily follow-ups with customer support.
Again I have raised complaint but no technician visited till date. ( Copy enclosed )
I am feeling harassed and mentally disturbed due to the lack of resolution and the inconvenience caused to my family. I request immediate action to either:
