I purchased a pure wonder body lotion from bath and body Works on 31 July 2025 and receive the product on 6 August 2025. When I opened the product. The product is expired which is clearly written in the label on the product itself, I tried contacting the customer care and they told me to dispose the product and they initiaterefund regarding this. This is highly concerning because it is a cosmetic product and it can cause severe problems to the health. This is a serious mistake from their quality check system, which affect a customer general health. While I appreciate their refund. I am filing this complaint to request for compensation regarding. Mental distress and health risk due to receiving an expired product. Inconvenience and time spent resolving this issue and also. Lack of proper quality check from the brands side
