Subject: Complaint Regarding Damaged Apples Delivered and Lack of Resolution
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a recent Blinkit order in which I received damaged apples that were not fit for consumption.
Immediately after receiving the order, I reported the issue through the Blinkit app and provided clear photographic evidence as well as a video showing the condition of the apples. Despite submitting sufficient proof, my complaint has not been resolved, and the company has refused to acknowledge the issue or provide any suitable resolution, such as a refund or replacement.
As a customer, I expect products delivered to be of acceptable quality. Receiving damaged fruits and then having my complaint dismissed despite evidence is highly disappointing and unfair.
I request that this matter be reviewed urgently and that an appropriate resolution be provided at the earliest. I have attached the relevant images and video evidence for reference.
