Sir, I had purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Flipkart on 22-05-2026. When the engineer came to install it, he found that the upper part of the compressor was defective, for which I lodged a complaint online with Flipkart for replacement. After that, again on 29-05-26, the engineer from Flipkart came for checking and he also declared the fridge defective. After that, a request for replacement was placed again. After that, a message came from Flipkart through WhatsApp for compensation amount of Rs 2529, then I accepted the request within 24 hours. Even after that, neither was the compensation amount given to me nor was the product replaced. all time my request is rejected by Flipkart. Flipkart people have been harasisng me a lot from 23-05-26 totill today.
