I had ordered the birthday cake yesterday for my wife but I had received completely damaged cake and I'm trying to reach the customer support team from yesterday but no support. First of all they don't have customer care available they given one customer support number that is 02243433333 that is system generated and no live person to talk it's only system prompt response and going to chat option where also no person to help only prompt answers, and some how some is coming and they simply vanished without giving any resolution. They also spoiled our special day and I want my full refund but no help. Pathetic IGP app pathetic team.
