I purchased a Airconditioner from Flipkart on 18th April'26, i received a damaged product.
I have raised multiple service requests with flipkart, However, despite repeated follow-ups, no proper replacement and refund has been provided.
Additionally, all my service requests was cancelled without my consent. I have also sent several emails, reminders, but there has been no effective resolution from the company.
Due to continuous delay and negligence by the company, my replacement or refund period is now expire. I no longer wish to proceed with replacement and request a full refund of the amount paid.
The actions of the company clearly amount to deficiency in service, negligence, and unfair trade practice. This has caused me mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
Therefore, I humbly request the Hon’ble Commission to:
1. Direct the company to refund the full amount paid for the product.
2. Award compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience.
3. Direct the company to bear litigation costs.
4. Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice.
