Sir, I have ordered Cooler Motor from Havai.co.in. dated 22 Apr 2026 Order No. #13597. The product was received on 02 May 2026 from Delhivery Courier Service. Tracking No. 39488811169243. The product was found damaged on receipt. The same was informed along with images damaged product to Havai Home Products Pvt. Ltd through their Whatsapp Contact for replacement/Exchange of product. Till date no action has been taken by Havai Home Products.
