Sir/ Mam,
My Name is Rahul Doliya, I purchase Ola S1 Pro in Oct 2024, But Steel Not Received RC Card untill 8 months after buying ola Scooty. Ola Showroom Is located in Baap jee Nagar Indore, I have follow up on daily basis on last 2 months, He is Saying your RC card is receved on next 2-3 months. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Ola, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to provide the RC book. Attach all the details in it, like Bill and other documents you have.

This step not only gives the OLA a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
