I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding a highly disappointing and unacceptable dining experience at your Bhind Road, Deen Dayal Nagar, Gwalior outlet on May 30, 2026.
I placed a Dine-In order (Order: 240, Invoice Number: 63915/26/12688) at 10:52 PM. The total bill amount was Rs. 1,476.85, paid via Paytm UPI.
The items ordered were:
1 x Med PA CLPA Farmhouse Pizza
1 x Ex Lar NHT BBP Veg P Pizza
1 x SGB Stuffed Garlic Bread
1 x N Cheesy Dip
To my utter shock, both the pizzas and the garlic bread served to us were completely raw, uncooked, and entirely unedible. The dough was completely soft and pasty on the inside, making it impossible and unsafe to consume. Serving undercooked dough is a serious violation of basic food safety and hygiene standards. We had to leave the meal practically untouched.
Given the reputation of Domino's, I did not expect such a hazardous and careless lapse in quality control.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of Rs. 1,476.85 for this ruined and unsafe meal.
