Hi all,

I want to raise a complaint about the recent fraud by Qubo. I bought the Gold Plan to get 7 days of cloud backup and even confirmed with customer care before purchasing. They clearly said I’d get 7 days of cloud recording on all my devices. But after buying the plan, there’s no cloud backup. When I called again, they said I need to install an SD card on each device to view recordings. If I already use a 64GB SD card that stores 5–6 days of videos, what’s the point of paying ₹1000 for the Gold Plan?
This is a scam.
 
Write a clear, firm email stating:
  • You purchased the Gold Plan expecting 7 days cloud backup (with proof of confirmation from their support).
  • The product does not provide this service without an SD card, which contradicts the plan description.
  • Request a full refund immediately or the promised service within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Mention you’ll escalate to consumer protection authorities if unresolved.
