I bought a bike EPLUTO 7G from Laxmi enterprises on 13 Feb 2022.
After couple of months the showroom has been closed and because of that I could able to get the free services. Now I have a batter issue and it is under warranty.
I contacted to customer care. They are saying that since you did not take the complete services so your warranty is not valid.
Please help me in this regard.
