I have bought GOLD AMC for my Purifier Feb-05-2024, this AMC covers Free Filters replacement once a year but they replaced only first year but after that they are not replacing it. Auqagaurd have 3rd party partner called Premier Services in Narsingi in Manikonda, they says orally that they have already replaced on below dats with our any receipts.
14 -06-2024 and 15-11-2024. Now i lost 6500/s money because of their fraud. Please help me regarding this.
They will have every proof as we are living in a digital world. They are denying to show the history and details. Unfortunalty the Eureka Forbes app is such a useless application, it will not have any service records properly.
