I have purchased Kurlon orthopedic mattress from M/s Flipkart india pvt ltd of size 75x72x6 inch. But the company has delivered wrong product of size 78x70x5 inch on 21/05/26. I have requested for return of product on 22/05/26 for which the company agreed. They assigned the job of technical visit to their supporting agency M/s Jeeves. After prolonged reshedulements the technical visit was completed on 06/06/26. After that there is no action from the company for replacement despite many requests from my side. I request for repalcement/return of the product at earliest.
