Meter connection board one terminal was burnt.PSPCL electrician connect to other phase. Meter was running. After three days meter replaced and Rs,2120/- charged I am paying meter rent, till date Rs,200000/- paid but they charged penalty.After that forward bill on average basis higher side when meter was functioning. Request refund Rs 2120/- and submit bill on normal rate please.
