This is Vengadassalam from Coimbatore.
I have bought a 3BHK Villa in Pinnacle Pavilion project , Chinavedampatti, Athipalyam Road, Coimbatore in Jan 2025.
We found many irregularities like manipulating Land area and Builtup area of the villa in Registration document, Registration fees charges and incomplete interior decorations.
I wish to raise complaint professionally/legally since no response for my queries with the developer.
