Issue: only 5 parcel received and a refund of (360+180)=540 received ;Zomato order
I placed an order for 25 parcel meals worth ₹4758. However, I received only 5 meals.
I was informed via phone that the remaining amount would be refunded. But I have received only ₹540 (₹360 + ₹180), which is not correct.
This means I have not received:
This is highly unacceptable. I request an immediate refund of the remaining amount without further delay.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter to consumer forums for further action.
Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.
