I am writing to formally log our absolute frustration regarding the unacceptable delay, gross negligence, and deficiency of service on our project.

We entered into an agreement with Decorpot in December 2025 based on your explicit assurance that the handover would be completed by February 2026. Despite paying our initial 10% on time, we faced an absolute lack of response, updates, and professionalism at every single phase of the project, causing us immense mental agony.

To secure a commitment, we were forced to pay the 100% full amount upfront, after which your team formally committed to a handover date of May 13, 2026, via email.

Today, we are well past that deadline, and the project is nowhere near completion. The current state of work is pathetic:

• Gross Understaffing: Only 2 carpenters are deployed at the site. At this pace, it will take another 2 months to finish.
• Workplace Absenteeism: Workers frequently take unannounced leaves, and there is zero supervision or accountability from project management team.

The Financial & Personal Impact: Relying on the written commitment of a May 13th handover, we finalized our House Warming ceremony for June 7, 2026, and have already invited our family and guests. Because of thedelays, we cannot move in. We are now trapped in a massive financial crisis, forced to pay heavy EMIs for the new home while simultaneously paying rent/expenses for our current accommodation.
