**Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Quality Portable Mini Fan**
I am extremely disappointed with the portable mini fan I received from Haritu Trading Pvt Ltd company. I paid **₹400** for this product, but the quality is nowhere near what was advertised or what anyone would reasonably expect at this price.
The fan performs more like a cheap toy than a proper portable fan. The airflow is extremely weak and is not sufficient for normal use. In addition, the plastic material feels very low quality, comparable to a ₹50 toy rather than a ₹400 product.
To make matters worse, the packaging was already tampered with when it arrived, which raises concerns about the condition of the product before delivery.
I request a full refund as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
