I had ordered a yellow kurta set from this website , i recieved an order conformation from the team invoice 4756 on may 26 2025 . I was told order will arrive on sat may 31st and i got a message from the team stating to change order to XL size and soon they updated it on their end. The person whatsapped me on may 29th stating order is coming from blue dart . 11: 30 i get a call from blue dart order delivered it was COD. I GOT THIS TORN KURTA OLD USED RED PIECE , i called them no answer. i texted her she said show label , the delivered item had no label . its pure fraud. i asked her send me invoice of shipment for my order .They furnished something completely different . i dont live in tamil nadu neither thats my name. its all fraud . they are doing . i never got my suit and they took my money . The order was picked from Surat and scamsters have written address of Pune.

please help me with my refund as they are denying any support .

2. Contact Sukanya Studio Again: This is very important step as we have to mention in our Consumer Casefile that we have already Emailed the Company, but they are not solving our problem.
   • Send a formal email detailing the issue and requesting a refund.
   • Include all relevant evidence and set a reasonable deadline for their response.
3. File a Complaint with the National Consumer Helpline: Customer can also contact the NCH and submit their complaint, this is very helpful if you are dealing with small companies and you don't want to engage any lawyer.

   • Attach all evidence, including proof of purchase, communication records, and photographs.
5. Files:You need to create 6 files to submit you case in the Consumer Forum.
