I have ordered a bedsheet on 21st october,2025 with order number 407-2950947-1291524
I have not received the product till today i.e. 13/11/25 but its showing the product delivered on 25/10/25
I have called customer care multiple times and told that i have not received the product but they are still not refunding the amount . i want to file case again Amazon India of 2 lacs for wasting my time and mental harassment with multiple calls .
this has happened twice as the same case happened with my another order with order id: 407-9203116-5613107, even it was not delivered and Amazon app is showing it delivered. for that i have to give multiple calls to customer care , it wasted my lot of time and was lot of mental harassment.
