Hi I placed an order in moongoddess website through instagram. i placed an order 11/11/2024, its been a year passed but still my item was not delivered and there is no response from the site and the given contact number was not in use, no email communication. So kindly help on this to get my money refund. My order ID is 686455 and the amount i paid is 3554.88.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
