Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my Amazon order, which has been repeatedly delayed despite multiple delivery commitments.

The expected delivery date has been changed several times without any valid explanation. Every time I contact customer support, I receive a new delivery date instead of a concrete resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, no responsible executive has provided a clear update on when my product will actually be delivered.

This product is required for an important client project. Due to Amazon's failure to deliver the product within the promised timeline, my project has been delayed significantly. As a result, my client is under the impression that I failed to fulfill my contractual obligations and has informed me that I may face a penalty of ₹5,00,000 for the delay.

What is even more concerning is that one of your customer support representatives stated that the shipment had already reached my nearest hub approximately five days ago, yet it has still not been delivered. This raises serious concerns regarding Amazon's logistics management and customer service.

Amazon's repeated revision of delivery dates, failure to provide accurate information, and inability to deliver the product within the promised timeframe constitute a deficiency in service and an unfair trade practice. I have suffered financial loss, business disruption, mental stress, and damage to my professional reputation because of this negligence.

I therefore request that Amazon:

Deliver my order immediately without any further delay.
Provide a written explanation for the repeated changes in the delivery schedule.
Conduct an investigation into the handling of my shipment.
Compensate me appropriately for the inconvenience, business loss, and mental harassment caused by the delay.
Confirm the action taken within 48 hours of receiving this complaint.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available to me, including filing a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and seeking compensation for the losses suffered due to Amazon's negligence.
