I had placed an order for Makhana on 6 June 2026 and paid the full amount of ₹623 through Google Pay.
However, on the following day, I received a message stating that the product had been delivered, but I have not received the order. Since then, I have been trying to contact JioMart customer care for the past week, but I have not received any response or assistance.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter and arrange for the immediate delivery of my order. If the product cannot be delivered, please process a full refund of ₹623 at the earliest.
