Dear Consumer court,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the cancellation of my order (Order ID: OD434234315627209100) for a mobile phone. I placed the order on April 24, 2025, and the initial delivery was scheduled for April 26. However, the delivery date was extended to May 7, 2025.

On the morning of May 7, I was informed that the order had been canceled at 4:00 AM. Upon contacting customer care, the representative claimed that I had canceled the order, which is not the case. During a subsequent call with Ms. Nidhi from the escalation desk, I found her assistance to be unhelpful, and I overheard inappropriate laughter in the background, which I found unprofessional.

Given that the cancellation was initiated by Flipkart and not by me, I request a full refund of the amount charged to my credit card, including any service charges.

Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue promptly.
