On 01/05/2026, I placed an order on Blinkit (Order ID: ORD85577147006). However, upon delivery, I found that the order was incomplete as 1 unit of Anupam Mustard Oil was missing. Despite paying for the full order, I did not receive all the items, which amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I contacted Blinkit’s customer service and also sent an email regarding this issue, but no proper support or resolution has been provided. This has caused inconvenience and financial loss. I request appropriate action to direct the company to refund the amount of the missing item to the original mode of payment or arrange delivery of the same, along with suitable compensation.
