I purchased a silver coin from Lifeshare through their website lifeshare.in. Despite making the payment of ₹776, I have not received the product. The seller, Gokulkumar, has failed to deliver the item and has not responded to my attempts to contact customer care.
Additionally, several of my friends also placed orders with Lifeshare, and none of them received their products either. The combined loss from these transactions amounts to ₹3,400. This clearly indicates a pattern of deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.
I request Consumer Court to take strict action against the seller, ensure refund of the total amount, and prevent further exploitation of consumers.
