Sir, I have purchased VW PRO series 189 cm (75 inch) QLED Ultra HD (4K) Smart Google TV 2025 Edition Tv from Flipkart on 18th June 2026 , but the product which is received is defective after installation. So I raise a return request process on 22nd June 2026 & also spoke to senior customer care , they told they will resolve the issue within 48 hrs. From 22nd June 2026 all junior+ senior customer care executive giving excuses & delaying the pickup process. On 28 june 2026 the pickup boy rejected the product because of box serial number mismatch. Again I have contacted to customer care & done again return request. Now the customer care executive are telling to wait till 9 th July 2026 for pickup. From Flipkart i have finance from bajaj finance the Loan amount Rs. 46694 & the EMI is Rs. 7782 * 6 months which is due on 2nd July 2026 & the Refund amount is Rs. 9130 which I have paid through gpay. I have circulate the email to cs@flipkart.com 2 times but there is no response on email also. My Flipkart order no is OD337849373478393100
& My bajaj finance Loan account number is P405PEC105115844. I request you to look into these case as soon as possible.
