I am extremely disappointed to see that the complaint I had registered on 14th November 2025 regarding very slow 5G internet was closed without providing any solution. The problem still continues and in fact, the internet speed is getting worse day by day.
Today, the internet was so slow that I could not even open basic applications like Google. This is seriously affecting my daily work and studies. I had trusted that Jio would resolve the issue, but closing the ticket without any update is highly unprofessional.
Kindly reopen my complaint immediately and provide a proper solution as soon as possible. I expect at least a stable and usable internet speed from a 5G network.
