I had ordered a product from www.asialasercraft.com on 28th june. It showed delivery for 6th july. The merchant operates in jaipur and my delivery address was bangalore. Anyways i prepaid it . I checked

I called them again on 4th july and they said for customised order on placed on their website, i have to call also. 6th july it showed product has reached delhivery. And now instead of 7th delivery date extended to 9th july . Now its 11th the seller says it is non refundable and the delivery headache stays with the customer and shipping company. I called delhivery and mailed them raised a ticket as well but since 6th july no update. I have already paid for product, packaging and shipping. It was supposed to be a gift to my cousin. Other websites have already delivered on time. Pathetic service.
