I have prepaid ordered items through their official site on Nov 15 th 2025. My order id is #146898. They told the shipment will be done right after the next day and delivered between 17-18th November 2025. Now when I tracked the order after having no response from their side it's showing no shipment found. I tried to contact them via the email and WhatsApp no shown on their official site but no response.
