I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the pathetic level of service I have received from Livpure. My RO service request has been pending for the last 5 days, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution or support from your team.



This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially for a product that is essential for daily use. Your service executive is also not responding properly, which shows a complete lack of accountability and customer commitment.



I trusted Livpure for its service quality, but this experience has been highly disappointing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience and harassment. Such poor after-sales support damages the reputation of your brand.



I demand an immediate resolution of my RO service issue along with an explanation for this unacceptable delay. I also expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused due to your team’s negligence.



Please treat this as urgent and ensure the issue is resolved without any further delay.
