poor service offered by Samsung service center and also no support from customer care

I own a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and paid approximately ₹8,000 to an authorized Samsung Service Centre for a hinge repair. Before handing over the phone, I recorded a video showing it was in good condition apart from the hinge issue.

The very next day after the repair, I noticed new defects including blurry cameras, loose hinge-area brackets, and an improperly fitted bezel around the display. I immediately reported these issues to the service centre and was asked to return later for inspection.

Before that visit could take place, the inner display developed a black spot from the fold area during normal use, which then spread across the screen. I believe the loose components and improper fitting observed immediately after the repair raise serious concerns about the quality of the repair work.

I am a medical student with limited financial resources and cannot afford another expensive repair. I am only requesting a fair review of my case and a free repair of my device. No help provided from the customer care center even though its there fault.#Samsungindia
