I recently brought a 55 inch LED TV from Reliance Retail on 29th March 2026. Within a month there was a display problem and the i logged a complaint with TCL call center

After the complaints there was no action for 4 days and then after calling the call center 100 times they sent a technician who said he need to change the Display Panel.
He asked for the purchase receipt took photos and left. After 3 days no response and suddenly I get a msg that the case is closed and reason invoice not submitted.
A new case if was registered
IN2605010537518987119 on 01 May and fron that day till today I have called up the call center 15 times and the service center atleast a 100 times but they are not ready to give any update.
I simply want a refund of my money they can take their TV back
