I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my TV purchase from Flipkart and the poor support I have received.

The invoice provided by Flipkart contains an incorrect IMEI/Serial Number. Due to this mistake, I am unable to claim my insurance for the damaged TV. If the invoice had the correct details, I could have completed the repair through insurance. This error is completely from Flipkart’s side.

For the past 2 months, I have been continuously following up with customer support. Every time I call, I am asked to wait for 24 hours, but no proper resolution is provided. This has been repeating again and again without any progress.

Now, I am being told that only 10% or 20% support will be provided as the final offer. This is not acceptable. The total repair cost for my TV is around ₹26,000, and with such a small support amount, it is not possible for me to proceed with the repair.

Because of the incorrect invoice, I am unable to use my insurance, and I am being forced to bear the repair cost, which is unfair. I am facing unnecessary delay, stress, and inconvenience due to this issue.

Also, this kind of handling is very concerning. If this happens to someone who is not aware of these processes, they may end up paying unnecessarily or be misled. This is not fair to customers and should be addressed seriously.

I request Flipkart to take immediate action and resolve this issue by:

Correcting the invoice with the proper IMEI/Serial Number and sharing it with me
OR
Providing full coverage for the TV repair/service
OR
Initiating a full refund

If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through consumer forums.

Kindly treat this as urgent and provide a proper resolution at the earliest.
