I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the poor-quality display replacement carried out on my Hisense TV.
My TV display was damaged, so I contacted Hisense Customer Care. They collected the required details and informed me that a technician would contact me. Later, a technician called me, and I shared my home address with him. He inspected the TV and informed me that the replacement would cost ₹22,000.
I specifically asked him several times whether the replacement display would be original. He clearly assured me that he would replace it with an original display. Based on his assurance, I agreed to proceed with the repair. He took the TV and later returned it after completing the replacement.
However, when I checked the TV, I found that the display quality was very poor and that it was showing a double image/signal. I immediately contacted the technician and asked him about the issue. At that point, he told me that an original display would not be provided for ₹22,000 and that he had installed a second-quality display instead.
This is completely unacceptable because he never informed me about this before taking my TV for repair. I repeatedly asked him whether the display would be original, and he assured me that it would be. If he had informed me beforehand that he would install a second-quality display, I would not have agreed to the repair.
I have contacted him multiple times and requested him to resolve the issue, and he repeatedly told me that he would come and fix it. However, after a few days, he stopped answering my calls. He has also used very inappropriate and disrespectful language when speaking to me.
