I am Naresh from Madurai. I have bought IFB AC before three years. A month before suddenly I got an E0 error in the AC and it stops running. So I raised a complaint with IFB service through My IFB app. After two days a person contacted me and asked whats the problem. I told it showing as E0 in the AC display. He didnt even come to my place to check the issue. Then he told the problem is with board and we need to change the board. He asked me to send the QR code in the panel. So I removed the top panel and sent the photo of QR code. Then he says that I asked for barcode at the bottom of the AC and not the QR code. Then I sent that too. He told that I will order for the board and will tell you once it comes. But it has been a month. Still I didnt get any update. If I contacted the customer care, they connecting with that service man and putting conference call. He is talking very rude that I cant come and service. Even the customer care is not responsive. I need to raise a complaint for company's irresponsive behavior and service mans rude behavior.
