Sir, I kandula Laxmaiah s/o Ramaiah R/o Mulkalla, Mancherial corporation, District Mancherial. I was filed EA / 22/2023 Date 03.10.2023 at Adilabad Consumer Commission but I am not getting justice, it will be too late. As told by the commission, Dis No.749, EA 22/ 2023. I have filed an excute petition no.2072 at CP Hanmakonda commissionarate but till now the owners of Bhavita Sri Chit Fund have not been arrested and produced in the consumer commission. Last month Gunda Prakash & Thatipalli Srinivas were arrested and sent to remand through the owner of Bhavita Shree Chit Fund for not giving chit money to the beneficiaries in Warangal but so far they have not been produced in the consumer commission. So please can you arrange an advocate commission for me. Enclossars are added
