We have enrolled my child for vedic math and regular maths in planet sparks in August, 2026 at the time of joining i have mentioned my routine and my child routine. but after paying fee they denied to give me my prefferd timing class. my child is not available at 4 PM and they are giving me class 4-5 and tell me that there is no other slot available for indian students. when i asked them to refund my money they never reply nor refund my monet. i have paid Rs. 37,285/-. Pls help me to get my money back. payments proofs are attached and class timings too. My son has alredy had tution at 4-6 before joining planet parks and i already tell them about my son schedule. but they collected fee and now no reply from the complany and their employees
