I have raised 4 tickets regarding to refund the amount as my son cannot continue the classes as he is having eye sight problem and on doctor suggestion for not giving online classes as the continuous usage of screen for learning will increase his eye problem so we want to exit from classes. But planet spark on raising 4 tickets also they are closing ticket stating we have taken more than 5 classes and refund is not possible as per their refund norm. But actually we have taken only 2 trail classes , 1 performance class and 1 practice class . , 1 class we have attended to speak to the teacher regarding this issue but the teacher said they are not at all related to this refund issue as they are only there to take classes that's all. Please help us to refund the fees
